The business is led by Rohan van Heerden, a commercial project and client lead who combines sales, stakeholder management and practical delivery coordination. Recent work spans retail store projects across South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, restaurant fit-out project management, and outsourced client relationship and opportunity-development work for a project business serving property and facilities-management clients.

We are not the builder, architect, quantity surveyor or engineer. Fortisco acts as the commercial project operator, outsourced project manager, owner's representative, rollout coordinator and business-development partner. Specialist execution — design, engineering, construction, joinery, MEP and statutory approvals — is delivered by appointed qualified parties.
