Installation is where every earlier decision is tested. A joinery run that was measured off an old drawing, a delivery booked for a centre's prohibited hours, a floor that was never levelled — each turns a one-day installation into a return visit, and return visits are paid for twice.
FortisCo coordinates installations on behalf of clients, manufacturers, shopfitters and specialist suppliers. We verify the site is genuinely ready before anything is loaded, sequence the installers and other trades against the programme, run the deliveries and access, supervise on site and close out the defects.
This service is frequently appointed on its own by manufacturers and suppliers who make excellent product but do not carry site coordination capacity in their own team — and by clients running installations across several sites at the same time.

Inspect, raise and clear the snag list, capture sign-off and issue the handover record.

For cross-border installations we plan the documentation, transport lead times and access arrangements into the programme rather than treating them as a delivery-week problem.
Frequently asked.
- Do you supply the installation team?
- No. Installation is performed by the client's or supplier's own installers or by appointed specialist contractors. FortisCo coordinates and supervises the activity.
- Can you take on a single installation?
- Yes. Single-site installation coordination is a common appointment, particularly where the site is remote from the supplier's base.
- What happens if the site is not ready?
- The readiness check is deliberately done before dispatch. If the site fails it, we report the specific blockers with photographs, agree a recovery date and avoid an abortive trip.
- Do you handle after-hours installations?
- Yes. Centre and trading-hours restrictions often force night or early-morning installation windows, and these are planned into the sequence from the start.
